At Q Codes (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we want to make managing your subscription simple. This page explains how to cancel your subscription and what happens after cancellation.
1. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard:

Log in to your Q Codes account

Go to the Subscription or Billing section

Click Cancel Subscription

Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation
Once canceled, your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle.
2. Access After Cancellation

You will continue to have access to Q Codes until the end of your current billing period.

After your subscription ends, access to paid features will be removed.
3. Refunds

All subscriptions are non-refundable.

No refunds or credits are provided for unused time.

Exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges or billing errors, may be considered at our discretion.
4. Free Trial Users

No payment details are collected during the free trial.

If you do not wish to subscribe after the trial, no action is required — your trial will simply expire.
