Welcome to Q Codes (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our QR code generator website and subscription-based services (the “Service”).

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Q Codes.
2. Services
Q Codes provides an online platform to generate and manage QR codes. Some features are available only through paid subscriptions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Accounts
To access paid features or a free trial, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Free Trial
Q Codes may offer a free trial with limited access to paid features
Trial duration and limitations are determined by Q Codes
Only one free trial per user unless otherwise stated
Abuse of free trials is prohibited
We reserve the right to end a free trial at any time.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
Billing begins automatically after the free trial ends, unless canceled
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors
You authorize us to charge applicable fees for your subscription
Prices may change at any time, with notice where required by law.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund already paid amounts unless stated otherwise.
7. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law
No refunds for unused time or partial billing periods
Refund requests may be reviewed at our discretion
8. QR Code Content
Q Codes does not monitor or verify QR code content
You are solely responsible for the content linked via QR codes
We are not liable for damages resulting from QR code use
9. Prohibited Use
You may not use Q Codes to generate QR codes that link to:
Illegal content
Malware, phishing, or scams
Harmful, abusive, or misleading material
Violation may result in account termination.
10. Intellectual Property
All branding, software, and content of Q Codes are owned by the Company. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
Q Codes is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of South Africa
